I love driving around town and notice all of the really cool stuff that goes on around us.
In business you need to keep that same attitude alive, you see watching someone else do a little thing that is totally different then anyone else is doing then you need to look, see if it works and if all is well then change your company to that one and then put your own twist on it and BOOOM, you have just modeled a business.
