Duane presented his seminar “How to Diversify and Succeed” at the 2017 21 st Century Building Expo and
Conference for the North Carolina Home Builders Association. Duane was a last-minute edition to our
show and it turned out to be the most well attended session of our three-day conference! We had a
session following his in the same class room and the attendees were so enamored with Mr. Cotton, he
had to move the remaining audience into the hallway where they proceed to talk and ask questions.
Duane was able to hit home for our audience and give them valuable insight and information that they
could to take back to their businesses. We are excited to have him back for another year at the 21CBEC,
where he will be presenting two seminars. He professionalism makes him very easy to work with and his
knowledge and charisma makes him a great addition to any conference!
