Diversification in Business show notes:
What are some of the things that need overcoming? You cannot consider diversification if you are not successful in your primary business. You have to get good at what you are doing now. A lot of people look at diversification as adding on to their business that isn’t doing so well.
You will spend a lot of money and end up with 2 sides of your business that is failing. You are never solving the original problem.
You want to diversify to expand your business. Never consider that diversification is the answer to your primary problem.
Sometimes you will spend more time on your business than with your family.
